Know what MyChart is
Epic builds MyChart, but healthcare organizations run their own implementations and control the records, features, and connections available to you.
The tests ordered there, the provider comments written there, and the history that organization can access. Linking features may expose records from another participating system, but availability depends on both organizations.
A portable copy you can archive, share, and combine with reports that the original health system never received.

These steps follow MyChart’s public help. Your healthcare organization may rename or relocate controls in its version.
Sign in to the MyChart account for the health system that performed the test and open the Test Results activity.
Open a completed lab result and read the standard range and any comments your provider added.
This view places prior values for that result together when the organization has enough history.
Epic’s public help places Download at the bottom of the trend view. Save the resulting PDF to your device.
Add the PDF to the person it belongs to, check the extracted values, and repeat for other organizations or laboratories.
Source: Epic’s official MyChart test-results help. If Download is not present, use the organization’s help menu or medical-records request process. Do not rely on screenshots that omit dates, units, ranges, or page continuations when a complete PDF is available.

To export MyChart lab results as a PDF, sign in to MyChart, open Test Results, select the result you need, choose Compare result trends, and select Download at the bottom of the page. That saves a PDF of the result history. Your healthcare organization may customize the interface, so labels and available controls can vary.
MyChart is software used by many separate healthcare organizations, not one universal medical-record database. Each organization controls its own records and configuration. Some organizations support linking or viewing outside records, but the experience depends on the participating systems.
Yes. MyChart can show standard ranges, provider comments, and comparison trends for a selected result. BloodSight is useful when you want one timeline that also includes another MyChart organization, Quest, Labcorp, an independent lab, or a photographed paper report.
Yes. BloodSight accepts PDF, JPG, and PNG files, extracts the laboratory rows, preserves the displayed source ranges, and adds report-level and marker-level explanations. Check the extracted values against the original PDF.
No. BloodSight currently uses files you choose to export and upload. It does not sign into MyChart, sync through an API, or change anything in your health-system account.
Yes. Export reports from each organization and upload them to the same BloodSight profile. Repeated markers can be shown on one timeline while retaining their dates, sources, units, and reference intervals.
